From the records of Louise Skovgaard we see that Kirstine Olufsdatter
Kofoed was probably born around 1620-25 and was married circa 1650 to
the 19 year old Niels Terchildsen. Kirstine was possibly already a
widow at the time they were married. They first lived at Søndre
Mulebygård, 25' Slg. and then later at Nordre Mulebygård. The probate
after her death was held June 18, 1683 for Nordre Mulebygård, 26'
Slg. in Nyker parish. In those records she is only referred to as
Kirstine Olufsdatter, but in the proceedings after Niels
Terchildsen's death in 1700 she is referred to as "Kirstine Oluf
Kofoeds Datter", and as the sister of Hans Kofoed of Ladegård in
Klemensker parish.
